We will not be held responsible for lost shipments due to issues with the postal service or incorrect addresses provided at time of purchase, if not informed via email prior to shipping. We are not responsible for customs fees or holds.
If your items arrive broken, please email us! We want you to be happy; that means if it’s defective, we need to know so we can fix it!
You may cancel your Subscription at any time PRIOR to the next Preorder Month by going to your PayPal account and cancelling the recurring payment.
