We will not be held responsible for lost shipments due to issues with the postal service or incorrect addresses provided at time of purchase, if not informed via email prior to shipping. International customers, please make sure your customs allow shipment of wood (if purchasing a Deluxe Kit). We are not responsible for customs fees or holds.
We do not automatically purchase shipping insurance; please inform us if you would like to add insurance.
